AGE LIMIT

CHEST

The Chest Required is  33 X 34.5 is Minimum Required 

PUSHUPS 

10 Pushups in 2 Minutes 

SITUPS

10 Situps in 2 Minutes (120 Seconds)

CHINUPS

5 Chin Ups in 2 Minutes
